This is a great sculpture in middle of an intersection in Shinjuku. The traffic lights affixed on the overhead halo structure directs the vehicles at the busy junction. The traffic lights were neat - they weren't on your regular posts. They were embedded in a cement arc which was 30 feet off the ground.
