The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building has such an interplay between the different textures and colours of the stones and windows that we get vertigo looking at it. The government complex has three towers and a low assembly building, which comprises of a main annex and an arch-shaped building running across the Juichi-go Gairo at both ends. The Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly Building is 41 meters (135 ft) high with seven stories above and one story below ground.
